Becky - Hanging out in the church parking lot after our van had broken down. We chilled with the Maasai warrior who guards the church, while Jakes went on a picture spree with our camera! If you don't know much about Maasai warriors...they are a very interesting tribe. In order to become a "man", they must go out into the desert and return only after they have killed a lion. They also have a steady diet of goat's blood and milk, and if they're crossed while on guard, there's a chance they'll...take care of things. They've...taken care of a couple men who tried to break into the church...so we decided to make friends with them right away!!
oh my goodness. that's super intense. pretty sure someone told me about them recently, probably you guys before you left. mmmm goat blood, delish.
