School Riot

Mike - We had two days this week where we were pretty much stuck at home, because Pastor Jasper and Tobias had planned to pick us up and show us the Teacher's Training College, as well as visit some of the sponsor children's homes - but we were disconnected several times the first day, then their phones died - and the second day, we were told that there was a problem at the college that urgently needed to be dealt with. The long and short of it was (when we were picked up the third day) was that there was a riot going on at the college since Monday - there was an uprising because the students were demanding some stuff that had not yet been provided. I guess it was an insane few days for them, talking with the rioters as well as making deals with the government - so they didn't want us involved in that - for safety reasons. Which was fine with us! So we spent those 2 days reading our bibles and taking walks into town. All is well now with the college - a deal has been struck so we'll be going up there shortly.
